Facilities at The Resort:
Ethnic Kerala independent Tharavads (ancient kerala houses) offering bed rooms and all amenities. The Tharavads have been painstakingly re-assembled from the original, using only wood, bricks and tiles. Even most door hinges are of wood. A unique feature of these Tharavads is the badthrooms with open to sky roofs, offering you a communion with nature.

The Resort offers each guest all facilities with a distinct Kerala flavour:
  • A full-fledged restaurant serves typical Kerala as well as Continental cuisine.

The Resort is 15 minutes off Alleppey town and is accessible by road and water. Alleppey is 90 kms from Kochi (Cochin) airport and 150 kms from Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum).

Facilities at the House Boat:
These House Boats were used for transportation of goods and rice in olden days. Even now in few Kerala villages, you can see some of these boats being used for transportation of goods. The House Boat is a conversion of this rice boat without disturbing its authentic feeling and construction. The boat has a bedroom with bathroom attached with all modern hotel amenities. Though there is no electricity / air-conditioning, these boats will have sufficient lighting in it and air-conditioning is not required in this climate while at the lake / cruise. The boat also has a kitchen, sit out and a sun bath deck on it.
