Tour Programme I - 4 days / 5 nights

Day 1 - Arrival at airport and transfer by train to Interlaken. Day at leisure to explore Interlaken's Hoheweg - a boulevard with hotels, cafes, boutiques and stores. Evening trip on Lake Thun or Lake Brienz to admire the mountains at dusk. Overnight at Interlaken.

Day 2 - Excursion - Rail trip from Interlaken Ost via Lauterbrunnen and Wengen to Kleine Scheidegg, at the foot of the famous Eiger North Wall. Ascent by Jungfrau Railway to Jungfraujoch (3454m altitude-highest railway station in Europe). Visit Ice Palace and Sphinx Terraces-see breathtaking views of the longest glacier in the Alps, Aletsch Glacier. Overnight at Interlaken.

Day 3 - Rail trip by Brunig Express from Interlaken to the city of lights Lucerne. Day at leisure to explore city, Swiss Transport Museum, IMAX Theatre. Overnight at Lucerne.

Day 4 - Lake Lucerne cruise to Alpnachstad leads to Mt. Pilatus on the world's steepest cogwheel railway. Get a panoramic view from on top. Overnight at Lucerne.

Day 5 - Transfer to airport or extend your stay with us or on your own.

Tour Programme II - 4 days / 5 nights

Day 1 - Arrival and meet at intercontinental airports. Transfer by train to Grindelwald or Wengen (decided by you at the time of booking). Day at leisure.

Day 2 - Excursion - Rail trip from Interlaken Ost via Lauterbrunnen and Wengen to Kleine Scheidegg, at the foot of the famous Eiger North Wall. Ascent by Jungfrau Railway to Jungfraujoch (3454m altitude-highest railway station in Europe). Day 3 - Travel through Bernese Oberland and Lotschberg to Brig and through Centovalli in Italy to Lugano / Locarno or travel via Lucerne through the Gotthard region to Lugano / Locarno. Overnight stay in Lugano / Locarno.

Day 4 - Day at leisure for excursions. Your "Specials of Switzerland" ticket entitles you to 50% off rail travel. Overnight stay in Lugano / Locarno.

Day 5 - Transfer to airport or border or extent your stay with us or on your own.

Prices per person in Swiss Francs

Supplements per person - SFr 80 - for 1st class rail
SFr 8 - supplement for seat reservation in coach to Lucerne (Tour 1)

The above prices are exclusive of SFr 20 as airport deposit fee. Any amendments to change of travel date, change of hotel category or name change will be subject to an amendment fee of SFr 60.
